By completing registration on 234 Game, you warrant that you meet all of the above criteria. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
Providing false information during registration – including date of birth, name, or payment details – will result in the permanent suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any funds held within it, including winnings.
One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 234 Game. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices – is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts and any winnings associated with them will be voided on discovery.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 234 Game login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 234 Game support immediately. We accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Account Verification (KYC). 234 Game operates a strict Know Your Customer policy. Before processing any withdrawal, we may request one or more of the following:
Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
Account Closure by Player. You may close your 234 Game account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification, less any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded. 234 Game does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the table above.
Deposits are credited to your 234 Game balance in real time for all wallet-based payment methods. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
The minimum withdrawal amount from a 234 Game account is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the platform's withdrawal routing rules.
Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must pass the KYC verification described in Section 3. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until all required documents are submitted and reviewed.

Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement. Bonus-funded winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and only the real-money balance will be returned.
234 Game reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawals exceeding Rs 500,000. This may include requesting additional documentation and may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms listed on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.
General Bonus Rules:
The 234 Game VIP Club cashback is credited to real-money balance every Monday with no wagering requirement. It is not a bonus – it is a direct cash return on your net weekly losses. Full VIP programme terms are available on the VIP Club page.
All bets placed on 234 Game are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet selection, stake, and market before confirmation. 234 Game does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These are displayed clearly within each game and betting interface before the bet is placed. Stake limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at 234 Game's discretion.
Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds or game outcomes, event cancellation or abandonment, or verified technical faults within the game software. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance in full.
Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on 234 Game are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or third party. By playing any 234 Game casino title, you acknowledge the role of randomness and accept that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets on 234 Game are settled in accordance with official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 234 Game's decision is final pending any review process we initiate.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 234 Game. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct – including bonus abuse and multi-accounting – are void and will be removed from the account balance. 234 Game will not compensate players for losses incurred during any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct.
All content on the 234 Game platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software code, databases, and structural design – is the exclusive intellectual property of 234 Game or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 234 Game platform without express written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 234 Game platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is revoked immediately upon account suspension or termination.
234 Game provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and error-free operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses arising from:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 234 Game's liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

Termination by 234 Game. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any player account with or without notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8. In cases of termination for breach, all bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of verification, unless the termination relates to fraud or criminal activity.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 234 Game's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of the 234 Game platform should first be raised with our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 14 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution. 234 Game commits to engaging in good faith with any formal dispute process initiated by a player and to providing full transparency in the provision of evidence relevant to the disputed matter.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law. These Terms are intended to complement, not replace, any rights you hold by law.
